1. Acceptance of Terms

InsydrDeck (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides a financial data aggregation and portfolio tracking platform (“Service”) available at insydrdeck.com. By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

InsydrDeck aggregates publicly available financial disclosure data from official government sources including but not limited to:

  • US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) EDGAR filings including 13F and Form 4 disclosures
  • US House of Representatives Financial Disclosure system (eFD)
  • UK Parliament Register of Members’ Financial Interests
  • European Parliament financial declarations
  • Other official public disclosure sources

All data displayed on InsydrDeck is sourced from official public government records that relevant parties are legally required to file. We do not have access to non-public information.

3. Not Financial Advice

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. NOTHING ON INSYDRDECK CONSTITUTES FINANCIAL, INVESTMENT, LEGAL OR TAX ADVICE.

Past performance of any portfolio or position shown on InsydrDeck does not guarantee future results. All investment decisions are solely your responsibility. You should consult a qualified financial advisor before making any investment decisions.

InsydrDeck makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data displayed. Disclosure filing deadlines mean data may be delayed by up to 45 days from the actual transaction date.

4. Subscription and Payment

4.1 Free Tier: Basic access to InsydrDeck is available free of charge with limited features.

4.2 Pro Subscription: Full access requires a paid Pro subscription at the rates displayed on our pricing page. Prices may change with 30 days notice.

4.3 Billing: Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. Payment is processed securely via Stripe. We do not store your payment card details.

4.4 Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.

4.5 Refunds: Refunds are handled in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. Where required by law, we honour all statutory refund rights. Outside of legal requirements, all subscription payments are non-refundable.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to scrape, copy or redistribute our data or platform without written permission
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the platform
  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Use automated tools to access the Service without our written permission
  • Impersonate any person or entity

6. Intellectual Property

The InsydrDeck platform, including its design, software, brand and original content, is owned by InsydrDeck and protected by intellectual property laws. The underlying government disclosure data is public domain.

You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from our platform without explicit written permission.

7. Data Accuracy Disclaimer

While we strive for accuracy, InsydrDeck cannot guarantee the completeness or accuracy of data sourced from third-party government systems. Known limitations include:

  • Congressional trades may be disclosed up to 45 days after the transaction
  • Hedge fund 13F filings are quarterly and reflect positions as of the filing date
  • EU/UK political disclosures vary in detail and frequency by jurisdiction
  • Ticker symbol matching may occasionally be incorrect

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INSYDRDECK SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold InsydrDeck harmless from any claims, damages or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia (or UK, update when company is registered). Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the relevant jurisdiction.

For EU/UK users: Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable EU or UK consumer protection law.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or prominent notice on the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
